Return and Refund Policy

At BOND™, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to address your concerns.
1. Returns
Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Support team at returns@bond-collection.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Refunds and Cancellation.
- We can only refund in case product is defective at arrival.
- 6 hours after placing, order is not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hi@bond-collection.com.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same model, contact us at hi@bond-collection.com
4. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at hi@bond-collection.com with details and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
